Shipping Policy

MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL ‘ORDER PROCESSING’, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out.

During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and includes the time it takes for us to package your order.

You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services.

If your order hasn't arrived by the delivery date in your confirmation email, get in touch with our Customer Care team using the options below so we can help you further.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FERDA LONDON (“We”, “us”, “our”) accepts exchanges only of FERDA LONDON products (“Products”) eligible to return (as defined in FERDA LONDON General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Products.

 

Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents, (e.g. instructions booklet, Product certificates) and protective covers included.

Exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

The return postage shall be sent recorded, if not shown the proof of receipt and recorded postage, we will take no responsibility and will not accept any exchanges.

 

EXCHANGE

Upon receipt of a Product for which a exchange was requested, we will inspect the Product to ensure that the exchange conditions specified above in Article 1 are met. Subject to the Product meeting those conditions, an exchange will be made.

You shall be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the Products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.



Returns without exchange is unfortunately not available yet.
